BEHIND THE SCENES BREAKING NEWS:
Usurper Bill Hicks of the El Paso DA’s office cannot go to trial, legally. His confirmed unlawful acts have compromised this case and many others. Legally, under the Texas Constitution, Bill Hicks is a trespasser without any authority to prosecute Patrick Crusius, and John Briggs was removed from the case in July 2022. Was this just a cash-grab for attorneys? The corruption in the DA office is real. Thank God, the federal court has already sentenced Patrick Crusius to about 1000 years in prison at ADX Florence, also known as the “Alcatraz of the Rockies” for his part in the Walmart mass shooting. The other shooter/s are still at large.
Furthermore, in August 2019, Patrick Crusius was brought before “appointed” individuals masquerading as judges in the El Paso Criminal Law Magistrate Court, this is unlawful. This court, with these criminal imposters, lacks the authority to make rulings from the bench, as the Texas Constitution mandates that only ELECTED judges can serve in this county-wide capacity. Given the powerful jurisdiction of this court, which extends throughout the entire county of El Paso, it is essential and the law that its judges be elected by the people they make life-changing rulings over.
Our son, Richard Halliday, who was brutally murdered on Fort Bliss, faced severe retaliation from within the military long before his death. He was unlawfully arrested and dragged before these fraudulent figures in the magistrate court. His imprisonment was not only unjust but was part of a concerted effort to discredit his brave whistleblower reports, which exposed significant criminal trafficking activities. These imposters, sitting unlawfully on the magistrate court bench, have been ruling over the people of El Paso with no legal basis, putting the justice system itself on trial. The corruption in this case runs deep, and these actions represent a gross miscarriage of justice affecting the entire community.
